Chandigarh, April 4:

Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Suresh Kumar on Wednesday released a book titled ‘Research Advancements in Digital Age: A Multidisciplinary Approach’ co-authored by Dr. Gunmala Suri and Dr. Rupinder Bir Kaur in his office at CMO this afternoon.

Lauding the initiative, Mr. Kumar said that this book would be helpful to faculty, research scholars, students and digital professionals to comprehend the swift transition of citizens across the globe into digital citizens. The book gives a detailed account of research undertaken in both public and private sector to focus on rapid strides in digitization. Mr. Kumar further pointed out that the authors have presented the concept of digitization and its impact on the trade, commerce and industry in a holistic and lucid manner.

On the occasion, Dr. Parvinder Singh, Controller of Examinations, Panjab University, Chandigarh was also present.
