    SHIMLA 16 April:

    Chief Minister Shri Jai Ram Thakur today released ‘A Handbook of Communication Skills in English’, ‘Employability Skills’ and ‘A Guide to Gracious Living Etiquettes and Life Skills’ written by Dr. Jyoti Katoch here today.

    Chief Minister appreciated the efforts of the author and said that the book would go a long way in helping the students and professionals to improve their communication skills.

    Health Minister Shri Vipin Singh Parmar, Industries Minister Shri Bikram Singh, State BJP President Shri Satpal Singh Satti, OSD to the Chief Minister Shri Mahender Dharmani, BJP leader Prof. Ram Kumar were also present on the occasion among others.
