I would like to offer my services and expertise in Ayurveda to any such noble venture initiated by the Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula administration or those by any social establishment of Tricity. Ayurveda proves efficacy in improving oxygen levels

The provision of Ayurvedic treatment, medicines & natural healing systems has once again brought to fore the efficacy of India’s herbal medicine treatise ‘Ayurveda’ in not just developing immunity but also in the treatment of COVID 19.

Ayurveda proves efficacy in improving oxygen levels

Guru Manish Ji shed light on a unique Ayurvedic diet chart devised by experienced Ayurvedic doctors & diet consultants in his team, to improve patients health in a much lesser time than taken at hospitals based on allopathy treatment.

Guru Manish Ji added, “The Ayurvedic diet chart will cure patients’ disease in 2-3 days as we will be giving them seasonal fruits, vegetable soup, patients will be made to do gargles with raw turmeric mixed in hot water, & those admitted will also be given inhalation therapy of vapour generated by mixing of water with some effective herbs. The herbal tea we are providing contains 32 medicinal herbs like elaichi, dalchini, etc which have antioxidant properties. We will also use techniques like prone position to bring breathing relief to patients. ‘Pranayama’ techniques will also be used to expedite the recovery of patients.”

Extra precautions are being taken with diet as in Ayurveda a balanced diet is of great importance. A lot of credence has been given to a light diet, which is both natural & nutritious. The patients admitted to the hospital will not be served food like rice and dairy products as these increase the chances of the patient developing phlegm.
