The Cooperation and Jails Minister S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has expressed profound grief over the demise of eminent journalist Mr. Shingara Singh Bhullar who breathed his last today evening. He was 74. He is survived by his wife, 2 sons and a daughter.
Condoling the passing away of Mr. Shingara Singh Bhullar, the minister described the deceased as a doyen of journalism who served as the Editor of Punjabi Tribune, Desh Videsh Times, Punjabi Jagran and was presently serving as the Editor of Daily Spokesman.
The minister prayed to the Akal Purkh to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
