HEALTH MINISTER CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY

SHIMLA 16 March : 

Health and Family Welfare Minister Shri Vipin Singh Parmar visited Deaf and Dumb School at Dhalli in the late evening and celebrated his birthday with special children.

Shri Parmar said that State government was giving special emphasis on welfare of special children and education, food and shelter facilities were being provided to them. He urged teachers and staff members at school to work for the welfare of these children with commitment and dedication.

He said that these children were an important part of the society. These children had some traits and talents in them which needed to be honed for their better future. He said that many special children were contributing to the society at par with the general citizens. These children were also serving efficiently in the government services.

Shri Parmar interacted with children and encouraged them to learn more. he said that these children were special to the society. They should have a progressive approach to the life and a passion for learning.

Health Minister distributed fruits, vegetables, cake and sweets to the children. He also enjoyed the cultural programme presented by the children on this occasion.
