Now, heat up oil in a pan to add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions and your favourite veggies. While cooking it on medium flame, add salt, sugar, turmeric and drained poha to it. Finally, cook it for 2 minutes, turn off the gas and add lemon juice and roasted peanuts to it. Preparation

Finely chopped onions, green chilies, tomatoes, ginger and coriander leaves. Take a bowl and add besan, 1/2 teaspoon ajwain, 1/8 teaspoon turmeric, chopped veggies and mix them up. While adding water make a medium consistency batter out of it. Heat up a non-stick pan and grease it with some oil. Then pour some batter in the center and spread it out to make it thin.
