CM visits office of Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today visited office of Mukhya Mantri Seva Sankalp Helpline 1100 at MC Parking building near Tutikandi crossing, here today.

Chief Minister said that the service was proving a boon to the people of the State for redressal of their grievances. He said that apart from this, the service has considerably reduced footfall in the government offices. He said that the helpline has also provided a single platform for registering complaints received through multiple channels and the bottom-top approach has resulted in quick response.

Jai Ram Thakur said that this service has also saved the money and time of the seekers as their grievances were being redressed without any delay and responsibility of the concerned officer has been fixed. He said that citizen centric closure of complaints was being done only after confirmation from complainants regarding their satisfaction.

Principal Secretary Information Technology J.C. Sharma welcomed the Chief Minister and gave details of the Helpline.

Director Information Technology Rohan Chand Thakur made a presentation on progress of the Helpline.

Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Agriculture and IT Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
